By accessing or using KeyLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms apply to everyone who accesses KeyLab, with or without an account.
KeyLab provides cryptographic tools, calculators, an HSM simulator, and educational resources for payment-security professionals. The tools are currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or usage-based features (for example, AI or usage credits) in the future; if we do, the applicable pricing and terms will be shown before you incur any charge, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use KeyLab. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Minors aged 16 or 17 may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Running the tools requires a free account with a verified email address; you may browse the site without one. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, must provide accurate information, may not share your account, and may not create multiple accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
KeyLab's cryptographic tools are intended for lawful educational, testing, and professional use only. You agree not to use the service to commit fraud, to attack or access systems or data you are not authorised to handle, or for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and that you hold any authorisation your activities require.
KeyLab is currently free to use. If paid plans or credits are introduced in the future, they will be billed through our payment processors (such as Stripe or Asaas in Brazil), the price and billing cycle will be shown before purchase, and you will be able to cancel at any time. Any future refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
All content, tools, and materials provided through KeyLab are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission.
KeyLab tools are provided for educational and professional use. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or security incidents resulting from the use of our tools or reliance on their output. Always verify results independently in production environments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of KeyLab shall be submitted to the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will update the "last updated" date below and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
